How to make a base cream

HOW TO MAKE A BASE CREAM PHASE A Shea butter 100grams Stearic acid 100grams Emulsifying wax 100grams Citric acid 50grams Coconut oil 100ml PHASE B Distilled water 5 litres Propylene glycol 100ml Whitening glycerin 1litre PHASE C Vitamin E oil Vitamin A oil PHASE D Allantione 50grams Niacinamide 50grams Kojic dip 100grams Licorice(white) 50grams Alpha arbutin 100grams Using ur double boiler melt ingredients in phase a,in a separate container heat ingredients in phase b to be hot,once hot mix phase a into phase b and stir,allow it to cool down it will become very thick.Stir once again before adding phase c into it.In a separate container mix all ingredients in phase d,with a clean water or rosewater.Once its properly dissolved add into the cream and stir very well.Use as lightening or base cream for promix
